If you’re new to running, don’t fret! These programs are built for runners of all fitness levels, especially new runners, to help you prepare for either the Hermes 10 Miler or 4 Miler race or any other race. The focus is on gradually building endurance while keeping training approachable, flexible, and enjoyable.

The training programs are structured in a way that allows you to meet your body where it’s at. For example, you can feel free to walk portions of your runs! You’ll also see optional runs built in as a low-pressure way to help create momentum or prioritize rest when needed.
