Wellness Spaces on Campus

A growing body of research continues to show that academic and professional success is positively impacted by healthy-living habits that include mindfulness practices such as massage, meditation, proper adequate sleep, and other de-stressing activities, in addition to regular exercise and good nutrition. We’re excited to promote a more holistic approach to healthy living through the installation of dedicated wellness spaces on campus. The Wellness Cube in the Student Center and the Shine Well Studio in the Rec Center are equipped with zero-gravity massage chairs, nap pods, and quiet seating available to help students and staff take a few moments to slow down, relax, and de-stress whenever needed. The equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Check out these wellness spaces below.
