Lifeguard, Swim Instructor
Meet Lauren, a dedicated freshman at Cleveland State currently studying for a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Lauren is a new Swim Instructor at CSU with three years of previous experience at the Geauga YMCA in various departments. She contributed through roles in childcare, swim lessons, and volleyball lessons. These experiences have equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of wellness and child development. Lauren’s love for swimming has been a constant throughout her entire life. From her earliest memories, she acquired a deep interest in the water, making her driven to become a proficient swimmer. Lauren is LG certified, and she plans to obtain her WSI certification next. Teaching is one of Lauren’s biggest passions; she is thrilled to connect with new swimmers, guiding them to develop strong skills and techniques in the water!
