This 6-week program will take you through the foundations of traditional kettlebell training with an emphasis on proper form and mechanics – all while getting an amazing workout each session!

About the Instructor

Matt Schmiedl, ACE-PT, ACE-GFI

Matt holds certifications through the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, as well as Les Mills™ Bodypump® and Cardiopump™ Kettlebell. Additionally, he is also a long-time F45 Training® coach – as well as an avid participant. He has been instructing and coaching fitness classes and programs since 2015.

In his own fitness and wellness journey, Matt focuses on balancing work and recovery, both physically and mentally. Currently, he is following a structured strength training regimen 4-5 days/week, mixing in group fitness classes 2-3 days/week for cardiovascular and endurance benefits, and balancing it all out with core training, meditation, and dedicated recovery periods. Matt believes balance, moderation, and consistency are keys to not only fitness and wellness, but just about everything in our lives.
