Wellness is at the forefront of so many discussions today and CSU continues to be an active participant in these conversations. With so many students from our institution becoming leaders in the health, fitness, and wellness industries, it is essential to provide health-oriented, educational experiences necessary for success in the growing culture of healthy living.

We are proud to host this annual event – one that is dedicated to providing the information and building blocks to help you make the right decisions to better your health wellness on a daily basis. Health and wellness is a lifestyle, not a temporary practice. There’s never a wrong time to start being a healthier you!

Our annual WellFest event went completely virtual in 2021! Presented by Medical Mutual, we jam-packed this all-day, conference-style, virtual event with a variety of interactive workshops and presentations encompassing a wide variety of trending health and wellness topics, including healthy living basics, movement and joint mobility, plant-based nutrition, self-care, meditation, foam rolling, mental health and positivity, self-massage, cooking demos, Zoom fatigue, and more.

Joint Mobility Clinic (live)

Mobility is critical to our health. Improving our mobility training helps mitigate injury risk, decrease pain levels, improve athletic performance, and helps you feel your best! You’ll learn about joint health, how you can improve your mobility routine, and practical movements that can be used while working from your desk to reduce aches and pains.

Conquering the Walls in Your Life (live)
