Facility Rentals

After completing the form below, we will contact you to review the details of your rental request and confirm your event. We look forward to working with you!
- All facility rental requests must be submitted 14 business days prior to the scheduled event and requests cannot be made more than 6 months in advance. All facility rental requests submitted before and after this time period will not be accepted.
- Facility rental requests will be approved or denied via email by the Assistant Director of Facility Operations within 5 business days of submission. After the facility rental request has been approved the name/organization must communicate all specific setup and outdoor lighting needs to the Assistant Director of Facility Operations 7 business days prior to the event.

Additional equipment and resources are available through CSU Conference Services! Prices and equipment availability may vary, so please contact us for more details about these items.
Dining & Catering
CSU Dining Services is the exclusive caterer on campus. Any food requirements exceeding $75 will need to be reserved through Dining Services. You are able to bring your own food, provided it is prepared by you/your group and not a catering service. View tips on taking a “green” approach to planning your event.
