Aidan is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer pursuing an Exercise Science major in his third year. Aidan has been in athletics for over +10 years and is currently a D1 swimmer for Cleveland State University. Aidan has experience coaching athletes in the weight room and the pool and is passionate about fitness. His passion has led him to be a personal trainer to help others reach their own fitness goals.
