During our Love Your Body Week – a week of positivity and self love – we challenge you to practice daily gratitude. Gratitude has been shown to have very positive impacts on stress levels and health. For example, gratitude has been shown to help people sleep better, helps us feel more optimistic, increase empathy, improve self-esteem, improve physical health and much more. This week, try to write down 3 things you are grateful for each day. This can be as simple as being grateful for having a bar of soap. Find gratitude for each thing in your life, no matter how big or how small!
