I can’t thank Joe enough for the incredible workout journey we’ve embarked on together. On day one, I felt intimidated by all the machines and weights, but now I’m able to push 100 lb sleds, complete 50 lb squats, and hold 1 minute planks. He has the uncanny ability to turn tasks that seem impossible into a fun challenge. None other than Joe could make me laugh while I attempt to lift weights that feel like they’re filled with lead. However, it’s not just about the laughs. It’s about the gratitude I feel for the physical and mental strength I’ve gained under his guidance. He’s taught me that strength isn’t about power, but perseverance, the ability to push through when you think you can’t and the feeling of accomplishment for what you once thought was beyond your reach. Here’s to my coach and my personal superhero, for showing me that strength isn’t just about lifting weights, but spirits too.

Marsha A., age 48

I’ve been Joe Forcht’s trainee for the past three months and I am writing to let you know how happy I am with his work. For the past three years I’ve suffered intense chronic pain from sciatica in my leg. Through Joe’s exercise regimen I am now 95-98% recovered. I am able to walk longer distances and no longer feel the pain from my hip down. As a 72 year old person, I can say that he works well with young and old alike. He represents CSURec well as he is always professional, upbeat and motivating. He’s mature beyond his years. He knows how to converse and connect.
In Joe you have first rate employee representing you and the University.
