Rest & Recover is an 8-Week program where Certified Personal Trainer, Kevin provides recovery methods ranging from foam rolling techniques, self massage, static stretching, and breathing.

CSU Student: $8/session
Members: $10/session
Non-Members: $15/session

Sessions with less than 1 participant signed up will be cancelled.
